RABBIT

John Fazio Farms has been known for some time as a farm who breeds ducks but we have been raising rabbits even longer. We deliver them fresh to many New York City kitchens. The rabbits come from a very organized and most importantly clean operation. Our farm has 2000 rabbits, including 400 does (mother rabbits). The little rabbits are with their mothers for eight weeks; this allows the babies to feed on their mother's milk, a far better way to eat then simple pellets. The rabbits are raised in enclosures imported from Italy, and in the summer they get plenty of fresh air insuring nothing but the healthiest freshly prepared rabbits. All of our rabbits are delivered with clean kidneys also having two strips of fat behind their neck showing that they are clean and healthy.
